During my recent stay, I loved being just a few steps from the CLT Airport Overlook, which offered stunning views, and only a short walk to the Mint Museum Uptown that was perfect for my city strolls.

The room was pretty rough. There was a strong mildew smell coming from the AC, and I had to deal with roaches. Not the relaxing getaway I hoped for. The cleanliness was definitely lacking, and it seemed like there had been no real maintenance done in a while. Plus, the front desk didn't seem to care about any issues. Just not a good experience at all.
